An apple a day makes a makes it all OK

You know that old saying, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away..." well I'm pretty sure they were talking about this recipe for inside out apple pie.  Probably the most amazing thing I have seen in a while that made both my stomach and mouth water and cry out, "YES PLEASE!"
